Wake up with the Mediterranean in front of you and step straight from the living space into your own 144 m² garden. Have coffee barefoot on the grass, stretch out on the oversized Balinese daybed, relax in the hammock or sink into the private jacuzzi overlooking the sea.

The garden is the heart of the house. There is space to sunbathe, read, eat and spend time together, with outdoor dining, a Weber gas BBQ, fresh herbs and comfortable areas for long afternoons outside.

And when the sun goes down, the garden changes again. Put on some music, pour a drink and turn the terrace into an open-air cinema with a 260 cm projection screen and immersive sound under the stars.

Inside, the duplex offers 107 m² across two floors, with two proper sea-view bedrooms, two bathrooms and generous living space for up to four guests. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and are designed for proper rest, whether you are travelling as two couples, a family or staying for longer.

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, while the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area make it just as easy to prepare dinner outside.

Technology is there when you want it without needing to dominate your stay: Sonos and Sonance sound throughout the house and garden, Apple TV, PlayStation 5, two guest iMac workstations, an iPad, smart lighting and fast 300 Mbps symmetrical Wi-Fi.

The location gives you an unusual combination: your own garden and peaceful space at home, while the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops and central Torremolinos are all close by. The residence has gated access directly down to the beachfront promenade by lift or stairs.

Guests also have access to the residence’s seasonal saltwater swimming pool, restaurant and communal parking.

Several guests have told us they wished they had stayed longer. One even cancelled a planned excursion simply to spend another day enjoying the house.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 4 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
