Welcome to Suite Folimanka, a bright and carefully designed corner residence in Torremolinos for up to four guests.
With three private balconies, direct south-facing sea views and panoramic west-facing views across the Mediterranean, communal pool, Torremolinos landscape and distant mountains, the apartment is made for slow breakfasts, long lunches, sunset drinks and comfortable stays in every season.
Two proper bedrooms, two full bathrooms and generous shared living space make it especially suitable for two couples, friends, families or longer stays where privacy matters as much as comfort.

The Space
The apartment offers two independent bedrooms, each with a 180 × 200 cm memory-foam bed, built-in wardrobes, blackout curtains and individual air conditioning.
The south-facing bedroom has direct sea views, a Sonos Era speaker, its own private balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
The west-facing bedroom enjoys a broad panoramic outlook combining partial sea views, the communal pool, the Torremolinos cityscape and the mountains beyond. It includes a work desk, printer, safe and a Sonos Era speaker.
There are two full bathrooms. One is en suite with a corner shower; the second has a generous walk-in shower. Both include a toilet, bidet shower, heated towel rail, automatic ventilation and illuminated anti-fog mirrors.

Living & Dining
The corner living room receives natural light from two directions and opens towards sea and western views. It includes a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a dining table for four to six guests, Samsung The Frame TV, Apple TV and a complete Sonos sound system with Arc, Sub and two Era 100 speakers.
Three balconies provide different moments throughout the day: a south-facing sea-view balcony, a west-facing balcony overlooking the pool and mountains, and a private balcony connected to the sea-view bedroom.

Kitchen & Everyday Comfort
The full kitchen is equipped for real cooking, with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, extractor hood, steam oven, bean-to-cup coffee machine, blender, kitchen scales, quality glassware, cookware and tableware.
For longer stays, the apartment also has an AEG washing machine and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, individual climate control in every room and practical storage throughout.

Community Access
Guests have access to the communal saltwater pool during the season, subject to the community’s opening dates and house rules.

Guest Experience
Before arrival, guests complete a simple digital check-in, provide the legally required identification details for all guests, sign the rental agreement and authorise a refundable security deposit.
The apartment uses self check-in with a Nuki smart lock and keypad. A local team is available should you need assistance during your stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 4 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
